Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of estate planning and probate experience.
• Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, probate and estate administration.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Jupiter, Florida.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies to protect assets and achieve goals.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives.
• Handle probate and estate administration from initiation to resolution.
• Guide personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, and families through complex legal processes.
• Meet directly with clients to understand goals and provide practical recommendations.
• Prepare and review probate pleadings, court filings, and other required legal documents.
