Job summary

Orionplacement, a California-based estate planning and probate law practice, seeks an experienced attorney licensed in California to join our growing team in Fair Oaks. You will advise on estate planning, trusts, probate, and related wealth planning matters with ownership of your caseload.

You will manage revocable living trusts, probate administration, and long-term care asset considerations, collaborating with a team that values initiative, accountability, and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Licensed California attorney in good standing
• 10+ probate cases handled independently or with significant responsibility
• Experience with 100+ revocable living trusts
• Strong estate planning, trust, probate, and client counseling experience

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning, trusts, probate, and related wealth and legacy planning matters.
• Prepare, review, and update revocable living trusts and comprehensive estate planning documents.
• Manage probate matters from initial strategy through administration and resolution.
• Guide clients and families through complex estate and trust administration issues.
• Identify opportunities to protect assets and minimize probate exposure while achieving clients' long-term goals.
• Apply knowledge of California estate planning and probate law to develop practical solutions for clients.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients; collaborate with the team to ensure quality client service.
