Community Care in Racine, WI is seeking a Driver to join our team. This full-time role supports elderly adults and individuals with disabilities by transporting them to home, Community Care sites, and medical appointments, following scheduled routes and ensuring safety and comfort on every trip.

The position includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 am–4:00 pm or 8:00 am–4:30 pm), and requires a valid Wisconsin driver's license and prior experience caring for seniors.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License, eligible for School Bus endorsement.
• Minimum one year of experience providing care or services for a frail or elderly population.

Responsabilidades

• Transports members from home to Community Care sites and medical appointments.
• Reports changes in the member’s home, behavior, or condition to staff.
• Completes and submits daily route sheets with pickup and delivery times.
• Problem solves and notifies supervisor of transportation scheduling issues.
