Belove It Care is seeking a Full-Time Transportation Driver to safely move adults to appointments and activities. You will operate company vehicles, assist with mobility, and ensure passenger safety, while delivering compassionate service and maintaining accurate trip records.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma, and at least 1 year in transportation or a related field. A sign-on bonus is offered and the schedule is full-time.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, including assistance with wheelchair transfers and luggage management.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, routes, and passenger manifests.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and office staff to ensure seamless transportation experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Valid Driver License

• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Working Conditions

• $16 - $17 HOURLY salary

• FULL-TIME schedule

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
