Job summary

Providence is hiring a PACE Resident Services Assistant (RSA) to support and care for participants in a community-based setting. You will work under the guidance of the site Resident Services Coordinator and Operations Supervisor to maintain a supportive environment that meets participants' emotional, physical and social needs.

The role requires First Aid and CPR certifications upon hire and ideally one year of caregiver experience with frail or elderly populations.

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR certifications required at hire.
• One year of recent caregiver experience with frail or elderly population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, assistance and care to participants.
• Work under supervision of site Resident Services Coordinator and Operations Supervisor.
• Maintain an emotional, physical and social environment that meets participant needs.
