Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass level 2 fingerprinting with Eligible status.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Follow safety rules and policies of the maintenance department.
• Maintain building in good repair and free of hazards (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Perform monthly building, grounds, and facility checks.
• Perform routine maintenance such as painting and minor carpentry, changing light bulbs.
• Coordinate maintenance work with other departments.
• Communicate effectively at all levels and work well in a team.
