Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education required.
• Foundation office programs require a secondary diploma with five years of industry experience or a bachelor's in education with industry experience.
• Maryland certification requirements must be met.
• Industry licensures or certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and provide learning experiences for students.
• Create an environment conducive to intellectual, physical, social and emotional development.
• Supervise students in school-related settings and monitor outcomes.
• Communicate with students, parents, staff and community.
• Develop, select and modify instructional plans and materials to meet all needs.
• Maintain records and follow required procedures.
• Monitor use and care of equipment, materials and facilities.
• Attend school meetings and activities outside instructional day as mandated.
