Coordinates programs, events, and shared operational activities for Middlebury’s Experiential Learning Centers (ELCs), including the Career Center, the Center for Community Engagement (CCE), Internship Gateway, and the Elizabeth Hackett Robinson '84 Innovation Hub. The position supports student engagement, experiential learning, and career readiness by coordinating shared events, operational systems, and visitor experiences that strengthen connections among students, faculty, staff, alumni, employers, and community partners. Supports shared operational and office-management functions across the ELCs to improve coordination, efficiency, and user experience.
This is a full-time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $21.91 - $24.65 per hour.
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Some travel to off-campus sites and occasional evening and weekend work is required. Several hours per day may be spent in a private or shared office environment working at a desk, using computers and monitors extensively, or attending meetings.
