Job summary

Silicontek Inc is seeking an experienced Elastic Administrator/Operator in New York City to manage their on-premise Elasticsearch platform. This role involves administering Elastic clusters, overseeing Day 2 operations, and ensuring robust security configurations.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the Elastic stack and proven experience in production support. You'll also need to be proficient in managing on-premise Kubernetes infrastructure and familiar with monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with the Elastic stack.
• Proven experience in production support and Day 2 operations.
• Experience managing on-premise Kubernetes infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate Elastic clusters on Kubernetes.
• Manage Day 2 operations, including monitoring and incident response.
• Implement backup/restore and disaster recovery strategies.
