Job summary

Precision Solutions Ag in Lexington, MA is seeking an Elastic Cloud Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain security analytics using the Elastic Stack. Hybrid role with on-site 2–3 days per week, requiring US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

You will build dashboards, tune detection rules, ingest diverse logs, and collaborate with government cybersecurity teams in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Elastic Stack experience required.
• Experience configuring Elasticsearch index lifecycle policies and dashboards.
• Exposure to Elastic Security detection rules and case workflows.
• Experience with log ingestion pipelines and ECS mapping.
• Experience in government cybersecurity environments (SOC/SIEM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements elastic-based security monitoring solutions.
• Maintains and optimizes dashboards, alerts, and workflows.
• Collaborates with gov cybersecurity teams and agile teams.
• Mentors junior staff and guides best practices in Elastic security.
• Ensures readiness for Secret clearance.
