Job summary

Elastic Security is a fast-growing arm of Elastic. You will lead hands-on delivery of Security projects from discovery through architecture, partnering with Services, Engineering and Sales teams to implement scalable, secure solutions.

The role is remote-first, with hybrid in practice and travel up to 60% for onsite engagements and customer work, including potential national security screening where required. Elastic sponsors where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security project delivery from discovery to architecture and build.
• Ability to design security architectures (SIEM, endpoint, cloud) aligned with customer goals.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders (CISO, SVP).
• Hands-on deployment across mission-critical environments with Elastic Security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer goals and translate into technical requirements.
• Design Elastic Security architectures and guide security strategy sessions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of security projects, including deployments and migrations.
• Develop detections, dashboards, and alerting workflows in the Elastic Stack.
• Mentor distributed consultants and support sales through technical engagements.
