Job summary

Curriculum Associates, LLC is seeking a Professional Learning Specialist (ELA/Reading) to deliver targeted professional development and classroom coaching across the Triangle region, NC. You will work with teachers, coaches, and district leaders to implement Ready and i-Ready with equity in mind.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in teaching or coaching, strong data-analysis skills, and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, or providing professional development learning.
• Fluency with digital tools including online assessments and data discussion with teachers/leaders.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and applying them to professional learning.
• Ability to manage, monitor, evaluate, and ensure integrity of program implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted professional development and ongoing in-classroom support.
• Analyze data and communicate findings to district and site leaders.
• Coordinate daily project management and cross-team communication.
• Develop and revise annual professional learning plans with district/site leaders.
