Job summary

Curriculum Associates, LLC is seeking a Professional Learning Specialist to advance Mathematics and ELA professional development for K-8 teachers and coaches in Nashville or Chattanooga. You will partner with district and school leaders to deliver targeted in-person PD, analyze data, and support district-wide product adoption of Ready and i-Ready.

This is not a remote position, travel up to 90% is expected, and a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of teaching or coaching is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of teaching, coaching, or delivering professional development.
• Experience leading professional development with school and district leaders.
• Comfort discussing and applying data to instructional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted PD and ongoing in-classroom support for K-8 Mathematics/ELA.
• Analyze data and manage projects related to professional development delivery.
• Collaborate with district and site leaders, sales team, teachers and students.
