Lawrence Public Schools in Tarbox School is seeking a Teacher Interventionist to provide targeted ELA and Math interventions and lead data-driven instruction to support RTII/MTSS processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily, small-group intervention sessions in ELA and/or Math for assigned grade level bands.
• Support classroom teachers in addressing foundational skills gaps through differentiated instruction and targeted interventions.
• Utilize student data to make informed decisions about instructional groupings, pacing, and intervention strategies.
• Monitor and adjust interventions based on student progress, ensuring all students receive appropriate support to reach academic benchmarks.
• Lead data meetings with grade level teams every six weeks, analyzing student progress and developing action plans for continued growth.
• Prepare clear, concise data presentations for administration and staff, ensuring alignment with school goals and instructional strategies.
• Enter RTII data into Frontline and maintain up-to-date records of student interventions and outcomes.
• Meet deadlines related to RTII processes, ensuring timely submission of required documentation.
