• Proven ability to tutor and support students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and student data systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic support and tutoring to students.
• Monitor attendance and coursework completion for a designated grade-level cohort using data systems and online platforms.
• Maintain attendance records based on student engagement and progress.
• Participate in weekly Student Progress Meetings to discuss student needs and plan interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to implement individualized support strategies.
• Track student progress using Enginuity or similar systems and support virtual instruction.
