Job summary

Savvas Learning Company is seeking an onsite Per Diem Educational Consultant for 6-12 ELA to support districts with core content, intervention, and professional development. The role emphasizes coaching teachers, modeling practices, and using data dashboards to drive instruction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of 6-12 ELA teaching, experience with Savvas products, and strong collaboration skills. Local to the Midwest or Mid-Atlantic preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful teaching in a 6-12 ELA setting.
• Evidence of knowledge of Savvas products and coaching teachers.

Responsibilities

• Implement classroom components and resources in the Savvas program.
• Differentiate instruction based on student need.
• Provide job-embedded coaching and modeling to teachers.
• Observe practices and provide actionable feedback to improve implementation.
• Utilize data dashboards to inform instructional decisions.
• Support administrators with program tools and implementation strategies.
• Lead onsite training and regular communication with school/district leaders.
