Job summary

Savvas Learning Company is seeking an onsite Per Diem Educational Consultant for 6-12 ELA to drive classroom implementation of Savvas programs. You will deliver content, professional development, and site-based support to teachers and leaders within districts and schools.

The role emphasizes coaching, modeling effective practices, and using performance dashboards to inform instruction. Local candidates in the Midwest or Mid-Atlantic regions are preferred.

Qualifications

• > B.A. or B.S. degree required; M.A. preferred.
• > Experience offering workshops/coaching to teachers.
• > Experience with classroom-based technology integration.
• > Experience with differentiated instruction.
• > Five+ years as a 6-12 educator in ELA.

Responsibilities

• > Implement classroom components and resources.
• > Conduct job-embedded coaching and modeling.
• > Observe, support, and provide actionable feedback.
• > Use dashboards to guide instruction and decisions.
• > Support administrators and teachers with program implementation.
• > Facilitate training and onsite technical support.
• > Maintain regular communication with school and district leaders.
