Job summary

Savvas Learning Company is seeking an Onsite Per Diem Educational Consultant for 6-12 ELA to drive district and school improvement. You will deliver core content, intervention and professional development, and model job-embedded support using Savvas resources and data tools.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of successful 6-12 ELA teaching and can coach teachers, differentiate instruction, and collaborate with leaders to implement standards-based reform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of successful teaching experience in a 6-12 ELA setting.
• Experience offering workshops or coaching to teachers.
• Experience with classroom-based technology integration.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
• Strong collaboration, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively implement classroom components and resources of the program.
• Provide job-embedded coaching and modeling for teachers.
• Observe practices and give feedback to guide implementation.
• Utilize dashboards to inform instruction and decisions.
• Offer onsite training and ongoing support to schools.
• Maintain regular communication with school and district leaders.
