• Advise superintendents, educators, and external stakeholders on policies and regulations.
• Research and develop new solutions based on trends and legislative changes.
• Serve as a school system partner to build capacity of school and district teams.
• Plan and conduct professional development, workshops, and conferences for educators and higher ed.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for regional and state stakeholders.
