Qualifications

• Master's or advanced degree in Education preferred.
• Experience that impacted student achievement at the elementary or secondary school level.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of evidence-informed literacy innovations across sites.
• Support teachers by spending 80% of time with them.
• Coach teachers through implementation of high-quality instructional materials.
• Observe teachers, provide feedback, and identify next steps to improve instruction in ELA.
• Provide teachers with localized ELA supports and collaborate with district staff.
• Collaborate with school systems staff and Department staff to evaluate and improve program implementation.
• Report on program implementation to key stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of research and share evidence-based strategies for instruction and professional learning with teachers.
