Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience teaching, coaching, and leading in the content area.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related content area preferred.
• Experience leading both virtual and in-person professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and content development for high-impact instruction.
• Design and develop instructional materials tailored to partner needs.
• Provide coaching and professional learning for teachers and leaders.
• Facilitate collaborative teams to align Lavinia Group tools and practices.
• Coach instructional leaders to translate priorities into practice.
• Deliver model lessons and analyze student work to inform priorities.
