Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Review content to ensure alignment with community guidelines with high accuracy.
• Participate in refresher training to apply policies correctly.
• Meet performance indicators and client-specific standards.
• Review, classify, or remove sensitive content per client rules.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues within agreed turnaround times.
• Protect confidentiality and handle customer information securely.
• Participate in ongoing training programs for skill development.
• Follow all orders, procedures, and role-specific instructions.
• Moderate traumatic or potentially offensive content as needed.
• Provide insights to improve processes, policies, and product.
• Stay updated on workflow changes and community standards.
