Job summary

Summa Health Akron City Campus is seeking an EKG Technician I for night shifts (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.), part-time, 24 hours weekly. You will perform and document 12-lead EKG tests and respond to emergency teams requesting EKGs, ensuring patient safety and accurate records.

• Reading and writing English proficiency.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document 12-lead EKG tests with rhythm strips.
• Respond to TEAMS/SURGICAL TEAMS and other emergencies to perform EKGs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and chart appropriately.
• Prepare and transport equipment as needed.
