You will greet customers, recommend products, negotiate pricing, prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate deliveries, while meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Ability to learn and operate computer systems and supplier websites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong phone presence and outbound calling ability.
• Professional appearance and customer-facing demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge about welding and gas industry is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, engage customers with merchandise, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals.
• Maintain strong product knowledge through training and research.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate deliveries with internal teams.
• Answer phone calls from customers.
• Build customer relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Promote full product line including welding gases, hard goods, safety supplies, and equipment.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and profitability goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.
• Attend customer events and training sessions as needed.
