PPG busca un ejecutivo de ventas de autoservicio con base en León, México, para desarrollar la estrategia de ventas y marketing basada en el análisis de información de la zona. Reportarás al Comercial Manager de Channels dentro de la estructura de Architectural Coatings Latin America.

Responsable de lograr objetivos regionales, guiar al equipo en puntos de venta y gestionar información de ventas. Se valoran experiencia en liderazgo, negociación y análisis, con beneficios de salud y vida.

Qualifications

• Licenciatura o equivalente completada.
• Habilidades de Office: Excel intermedio (pivot, filtros, fórmulas) y smartphone.
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en puestos similares gestionando personal.
• Promedio de visitas 4–5 tiendas por día.
• Cualidades: negociación, liderazgo y análisis.

Responsibilities

• Lograr los objetivos de la zona.
• Guiar al personal a cargo en los puntos de venta.
• Gestionar información de ventas.
• Garantizar la ejecución y movimiento del portafolio de las tiendas a su cargo.
• Gestionar personal, supervisando asesores en ventas y campañas de trade marketing.
• Preparar informes de resultados y cierres de ventas (en la plataforma móvil): inventarios, presupuestos y listas de control de tiendas (imágenes, códigos, shrinkage).

Descripción de puesto As a Self-service sales executive you will produce the sales and marketing strategy based on the analysis of information in the area.

You will report to Comercial Manager of Channels for the Architectural Coatings Latin America structure.

This role is based in Leon Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• You will achieve the goals of the area.
• You will manage and guide the personnel in charge at the points of sale.
• You will handle sales information.
• You will ensure the movement and execution of the portfolio of the stores in your charge.
• You will manage personnel, overseeing advisors in sales and trade marketing strategies.
• You will prepare reports on results and sales closing (on the mobile platform): inventories, budgets, store checklists (image, codes, shrinkage).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent completed
• Office skills: intermediate excel: pivot tables, filters, formulas / smart phone.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions managing personnel.
• Average number of visits 4 to 5 stores per day.
• Some of the qualities you would have to have been negotiation, leadership and analysis.
