Job summary

PPG is seeking a Supply Chain professional to monitor credit-related issues, support new customer onboarding, and manage orders through the Oracle system. You will help optimize inventory, coordinate freight, and ensure smooth logistics across multiple PPG locations. Strong English and ERP experience are required.

The role involves collaboration with sales, operations, and service teams, with in-person days Monday–Thursday and optional remote work on Fridays. Location-based scheduling may vary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in marketing, administration, international business, chemistry or industrial engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain.
• Basic knowledge of quality systems (ISO/QS).
• MRP or ERP systems knowledge (Oracle).
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer base for issues related to credit holds and direct them to the appropriate areas.
• Support sales in adding new customers to PPG Naroe and WMS systems.
• Process New Purchase Orders or Web Orders from Naroe administration and follow up through the supply chain.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels in PPG locations (Crisol (WCR), San Juan del Río (SJR)).
• Assist in consolidation and optimization of freights.
• Support service logistics for samples, equipment, and panels to customers or within PPG locations.
• Enter orders into Oracle system.
• Create Oracle requisitions for miscellaneous requests from sales and service teams (muestras).

• New Purchase Order or Web Orders from Naroe administration and follow up through the supply chain.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels in PPG locations (Crisol (WCR), San Juan del Río (SJR).
• Support on the consolidation and optimization of freights.
• Support the service structure on the logistics of samples, equipment, and panels, to customers or within PPG locations.
• Order Entry to Oracle system.
• Oracle requisition for any miscellaneous request from the sales and service teams. (Vales de muestra)

Qualifications
