Placements24 is seeking an Online Sales Representative for a fully remote, US-based e-commerce client. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and guide customers toward purchases to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have strong Spanish communication skills, experience in sales or customer service, and proficiency with CRM/OMS tools. You will work independently while collaborating with marketing and fulfillment teams to optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service in an online/store setting.
• Spanish language proficiency (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with CRM and order management software.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone about products and orders.
• Assist customers in navigating the online store and making purchase decisions.
• Process online orders accurately and efficiently; verify details.
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and aim for satisfaction.
• Provide product information and support to customers and prospects.
• Follow up on orders and inquiries to ensure a smooth experience.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities where relevant.
