Job summary

Stevenson University invites applications for the 12-month, campus-based Program Director, EIP Nursing (Open Rank). This role combines Academic Program Administrator duties with teaching, faculty leadership, and budget oversight for the undergraduate EIP nursing program in alignment with CCNE and MBON standards.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Nursing or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
• College level teaching experience and administrator experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred; RN licensure in Maryland or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and operational leadership for the EIP Nursing program.
• Oversee curriculum updates to meet CCNE accreditation standards.
• Manage budget and coordinate faculty responsibilities.
• Support student recruitment, retention, and NCLEX success.
