Job summary

Stevenson University seeks a Full-Time Faculty & Program Director for the undergraduate Entry-Into-Practice Nursing program. The role combines academic leadership, program administration, and teaching responsibilities to align curriculum, assessment, and accreditation with SNHP policies.

The Director oversees budget and faculty, supports accreditation processes, and partners with the Nursing Unit Leadership Team to improve recruitment, retention, and placement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Nursing or related field required.
• Master's degree in Nursing required; clinical nursing experience preferred.
• College level teaching experience and administrative leadership experience preferred.
• CPR certification required; CNE or clinical area certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and operational leadership for the EIP Nursing program.
• Coordinate curriculum updates to meet accreditation standards and NCLEX success.
• Support student recruitment, retention, and placement efforts; assess program outcomes.
