Job summary

Aaran Therapy Center in Minnesota is seeking an EIDBI Level 1 Practitioner to provide direct intervention services to children under 21 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related conditions. Services are provided under clinical supervision and follow each child’s Individual Treatment Plan.

The role offers strong training, supervision, and a clear growth pathway, with opportunities for advancement to Level 2 and to supervisory roles within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must meet Minnesota DHS EIDBI Level 1 provider requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or currently enrolled in a related degree program.
• DHS-approved equivalent education and experience criteria.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 EIDBI services in clinic, home, or community settings as authorized
• Implement intervention strategies outlined in the Individual Treatment Plan
• Collect accurate data on skill development and treatment progress
• Participate in clinical supervision, training, and team meetings
• Support caregiver education through modeling and collaboration
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with DHS standards
• Follow all HIPAA, DHS, and Aaran Therapy Center policies and procedures
