Job summary

Aaran Therapy Center seeks an EIDBI Level 2 Practitioner to provide direct intervention services under supervision of a QSP. The role expands responsibility in treatment implementation, data collection, and caregiver support for children with ASD.

You will collaborate with QSPs and the interdisciplinary team, maintain DHS-compliant records, and participate in ongoing training to advance toward QSP and senior clinical roles.

Qualifications

• Candidates must meet Minnesota DHS EIDBI Level 2 provider requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and required supervised clinical experience
• Graduate-level coursework in a related discipline
• Associate’s degree with required supervised experience
• DHS-approved equivalent education and experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver EIDBI services aligned with the child’s Individual Treatment Plan
• Implement evidence-based interventions with clinical accuracy
• Collect, summarize, and report treatment data
• Support caregiver training and engagement as directed by the QSP
• Collaborate with QSPs and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain DHS-compliant documentation and service records
• Participate in supervision, training, and quality improvement activities
