Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to support daily tasks and presentations.
  • SharePoint or Office 365 experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist department leaders by providing essential support across various functions.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases; ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for operational activities and assist in generating reports for management review.
  • Make recommendations and implement solutions for department processes.
  • Assist in completing other tasks within the department as needed.

These sessions also provide a deeper understanding of our company culture and values.
