Job summary

TC Energy’s Northern Lakes Area in Newfolden, MN, seeks an Electrical Instrumentation & Controls (EIC) Measurement Technician to install, test, and maintain compressor stations and measurement systems across the pipeline network.

The role requires troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of electronic, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, with a focus on safety and continuous delivery to customers. The candidate must work with minimal supervision and uphold SWA/LOTO practices.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of SWA/LOTO safety procedures.
• Experience with Electrical Instrumentation & Controls (EIC).
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of control systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, repair, and maintain compressor stations and related facilities.
• Maintain and calibrate measurement equipment and PLCs.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Document inspections, calibrations, and maintenance records.
• Assist with start-up, and field services during emergencies.
