Overview: EIB - Workday Integration Lead - Associate Principal - Business Solutions Analyst (Remote)

• Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base, including Studio, EIB, and supporting third-party coding.
• Oversee integration delivery.
• Manage the integration development process.

Primary Function

Define business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, understanding industry requirements. Conduct functional analysis, requirements definition, application module configuration, and testing. Develop prototypes, functional specifications, data and function mappings, configuration tables, and transaction/control tables. Understand business processes to analyze requirements and develop solutions. Identify and resolve gaps in business processes. Involved in security setup, user documentation, data interface design, migration, and reconciliation. May involve installation, tuning of modifications, and data archiving. Light programming skills may be required for workarounds.

Qualifications

• Experience: 12 years of relevant technical or business experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
• Other: Three years leading design, build, and implementation of integrations between Workday and other systems; five years overall IT experience supporting Workday; experience implementing Workday in healthcare; preferred ten years IT experience; preferred Workday certifications in Integrations Administration and/or Studio.
