About the Role:

This role applies knowledge of Pathward's technical stack to develop solutions for our new Workday Financials implementation. The successful candidate will work as part of a newly established remote team, collaborating with Workday Consulting partners to perform all software development duties including design, development, testing, and documentation.

What You Will Do:

• Configure Workday Financial Management modules to meet business requirements.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to Workday configurations.
• Develop flexible, maintainable solutions following guidelines and standards.
• Address development problems with good design and practical experience.
• Review, modify, and maintain existing systems, fixing issues and improving performance.
• Participate in planning and user story analysis, providing feedback and understanding user requirements.
• Implement technical solutions to solve business problems based on solid design principles.
• Follow software development processes and document changes, best practices, and standards.
• Stay updated on current and future tools, technologies, and industry standards through training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Typically, 3+ years of experience with Workday configurations.
• 1 year of professional software design and development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, preferably Agile/Lean.
• Experience with technologies such as Workday's Business Process Framework, Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, Security Roles & Permissions, Azure DevOps, Lucid Chart; not all are required.
• Ability to work effectively within a remote team environment.

Salary range: $71,883.22 - $132,757.01. Compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. The role is eligible for performance incentives and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, disability benefits, paid time off, and more.
