Zusammenfassung

Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC) seeks an Early Intervention Registered Nurse to support infants and toddlers birth to age 3 and their families. You will conduct developmental assessments, plan interventions, and deliver services in home, community, and group settings, using a coaching approach aligned with IFSP goals.

You will collaborate with families, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure thorough documentation and compliant billing.

Qualifikationen

Registered Nurse degree and current licensure.
Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

Conduct developmental assessments and eligibility evaluations for infants and toddlers.
Collaborate with families to develop individualized IFSPs with measurable goals.
Provide home, community, and group-based direct services via coaching model.
Educate families to understand child development and access resources.
Coordinate with other professionals to deliver integrated services.
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress against IFSP goals.
Ensure compliant billing and documentation per EI standards.
