Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC) is seeking an Early Intervention Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW) to support infants and toddlers and their families across Plymouth and Cape Cod communities. The role emphasizes family-centered, evidence-based practices with a collaborative team and opportunities for professional growth.

The position offers flexible scheduling, Full-Time or Part-Time options, and a competitive hourly rate, reflecting commitment to children's development and family empowerment.

Qualifications

• Must meet degree, licensure, and certification standards per EI Operational Standards.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including occasional evenings.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and eligibility evaluations across domains.
• Collaborate with families to develop IFSPs with measurable goals and strategies.
• Provide home, community, and group-based services via parent coaching aligned with IFSPs.
• Educate families to access resources and advocate for their child’s needs.
• Partner with professionals to deliver integrated services.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and progress reviews.
• Ensure compliant billing and productivity in EI guidelines.
