Job summary

Kimmel & Associates seeks an experienced EI&C General Superintendent to provide field leadership for major advanced facility projects. The role will oversee safety, productivity, cost control, quality, and overall performance across large-scale construction initiatives.

The initial assignment covers an advanced facility project in Rio Rancho, NM, followed by a transition to Phoenix, AZ. Extensive EI&C experience is required to drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project supervision experience.
• Experience on construction projects exceeding $200 million.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Strong background in EI&C construction.
• Willingness to work initially in Rio Rancho, NM, then Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations, including manpower, equipment, materials, and construction means and methods.
• Partner with Project Managers to develop and execute comprehensive construction plans.
• Oversee project scheduling and coordinate activities between internal teams and subcontractors.
• Guide project superintendents in developing efficient work sequences and maximizing productivity across all trades.
• Oversee the development and management of CPM project schedules.
• Coordinate procurement activities to align with project schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of punch lists and coordinate owner-startup and commissioning activities.
• Maintain accountability for safety, costs, productivity, quality, and overall project performance.
