Kimmel & Associates seeks an experienced EI&C General Superintendent to lead field operations on major advanced facility projects. Initial assignment overseen in Rio Rancho, NM, then transition to Phoenix, AZ, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity across EI&C trades.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of construction project supervision experience.
• Experience on projects exceeding $200 million.
• Strong EI&C background in construction.
• Willingness to work in Rio Rancho, NM and Phoenix, AZ.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate field operations including manpower, equipment, materials, and methods.
• Partner with Project Managers to develop and execute construction plans.
• Oversee project scheduling and coordination between internal teams and subcontractors.
• Guide superintendents in efficient work sequences and productivity.
• Oversee development and management of CPM project schedules.
• Coordinate procurement to align with project schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of punch lists and startup/commissioning activities.
• Participate in proposals and presentations for business development.
• Maintain understanding of contracts, subcontracts, POs, and project documents.
• Maintain accountability for safety, costs, productivity, quality, and overall performance.
