Job summary

Dairyland Power Cooperative is seeking a Project Coordinator in La Crosse, Wisconsin, to provide administrative and project coordination support for Extra High Voltage Transmission Line projects. The role includes assisting with project planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are completed safely and on time.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering and have experience in project coordination. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) plans, and a flexible work program.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, or construction preferred.
• Exposure to transmission line projects or project management processes is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day project activities.
• Assist in preparing for project meetings and documenting meeting minutes.
• Track project expenses and maintain financial records.
• Support compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
• Assist with closeout activities, including documentation and recordkeeping.
