Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking an EHSS Coordinator to support capital projects and regulated manufacturing environments by coordinating Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability activities.

You will help ensure safe project execution, manage permits, lead safety communications, and work with project teams across engineering, operations, and contractors to meet site procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EHSS experience in regulated environments.
• Experience supporting construction activities and contractor safety.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHSS procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EHSS activities for capital projects and construction.
• Develop and implement project-specific EHSS plans and permits.
• Coordinate toolbox talks and safety communications.
• Support incidents documentation and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with site procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Track EHSS metrics and reporting.
