Job summary

Thrive Freeze Dry in Wisconsin is seeking an Environmental Health Safety & Security (EHSS) Supervisor to lead site EHSS programs in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This hands-on role partners with operations to integrate EHSS into daily activities, delivers training, conducts incident investigations, and maintains regulatory compliance and SQF requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in EHSS, 5+ years in manufacturing, OSHA 30, and preferred CSP/CIH/OSHM certifications,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHSS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Professional safety certifications preferred (CSP/ASP/CIH/OSHM).
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years EHSS experience in manufacturing, with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve EHSS programs and policies at site.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regs and company standards.
• Coach and train staff on EHSS practices.
• Oversee incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with HR for ADA/ return-to-work management and EHSS data tracking.
