Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an experienced EHSS leader to oversee compliance and sustainability programs across 2,200+ stores in the US. The role partners with field leadership to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship within a large retail network.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in EHSS/compliance, including leadership experience, with travel up to 50% and relocation to NE BSRO as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of EHSS/compliance experience, including 3–5 years in leadership.
• Willingness to relocate to the NE BSRO Division.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Experience interpreting OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ANSI, and related regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Administer OSHA, EPA, and company EHSS compliance programs.
• Develop and implement EHSS policies with the EHSS team.
• Provide input on field concerns, gaps, and corrective actions.
• Drive division-wide EHSS initiatives using indicators for improvement.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Support workers’ compensation processes and return-to-work efforts.
• Coordinate with leadership to integrate EHSS priorities into operations.
