Mölnlycke Health Care is seeking a Regional US Environment, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) Manager to lead programs across Brunswick, Wiscasset, ME and Anderson, SC distribution.

You'll champion a proactive safety culture, drive ISO 14001/45001, and influence site leadership on risk reduction and performance. Partner with manufacturing, engineering, quality, HR, and global EHSS teams to deliver measurable improvements and accountable ownership for EHSS across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHSS leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong OSHA/regulatory knowledge and inspections.
• Experience implementing ISO 14001/45001 programs.
• Proven incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive culture change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Multi-site coordination across Brunswick, Wiscasset and Anderson.

Responsabilités

• Lead EHSS programs across US manufacturing operations.
• Provide EHSS leadership for Brunswick, Wiscasset, and Anderson facilities.
• Drive continuous improvement of EHSS management systems and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Develop, track, and report EHSS metrics and leading indicators.
• Partner with site leadership to embed accountability for EHSS performance.
• Manage workers' compensation programs and return-to-work initiatives.
