Job summary

Strattec Milwaukee seeks a Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS at the facility, covering manufacturing processes from die casting to wastewater treatment. You will implement common-sense policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost‑effective safety initiatives to protect associates and the environment.

This role requires hands‑on leadership, strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, and experience with ISO14001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations and related standards.
• Willingness to be hands-on with policy deployment and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Milwaukee facility in all health, safety, and environmental matters.
• Develop and deploy EHS policies, training, and incident response.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data-driven safety improvements.
• Oversee HazMat handling, waste management, and environmental programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to drive cost-efficient safety initiatives.
