Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EHSS experience with a proven program management track record.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulations; experience with OSHA 1910 PSM is a plus.
• Excellent communication and training capabilities; adept at investigations and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and management of EHSS programs and training.
• Conduct risk Assessments and safety audits; implement corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and incidents; drive preventive measures.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and maintain compliance documentation.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and emergency response planning.
• Manage EHSS budget with site leadership; coordinate with stakeholders.
