Job summary

TAK Broadband, LLC. is seeking an EHSQ Coordinator for the Missoula, MT area. The role supports multiple sites with ~50% travel annually, promoting a strong safety culture and aligning safety with quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years broadband, telecommunications, construction, safety, or related experience.
• Ability to travel +/- 50% annually.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish).
• Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and audits across sites.
• Lead root cause analyses (RCA) for incidents with thorough documentation.
• Identify risks with underground utilities, aerial operations, and transport.
• Assess likelihood/impact of hazards and implement controls.
• Participate in daily JSAs and ensure site orientation.
• Develop safety meeting materials and issue field alerts.
• Coordinate safety training and policy implementation.
• Collaborate with leadership to align safety with objectives.
• Assist with data reporting, PPE management, onboarding, and equipment checks.
• Travel to sites within assigned territory +/-50%.
