Job summary

Haselden Construction is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety professional to support field operations across active projects in Montana. The role emphasizes identifying EH&S risks, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, and fostering safe work practices on site.

The successful candidate will conduct inspections, support incident investigations, and lead pre-task planning while collaborating with project teams to integrate safety into schedules and methods.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Environmental, Health & safety experience in construction or similar environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA construction standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Office; excellent documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible field presence and engage with craft labor and supervision to identify EH&S risks.
• Interpret and apply Haselden environmental and safety standards to support safe operations.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to verify corrective actions.
• Lead pre-task planning and high-risk activity reviews.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Deliver safety talks, orientation support, and training programs.
• Travel to active project locations as needed.
