Job summary

Keller Management Services, LLC is seeking a diligent HSEQ Coordinator for field services, willing to travel nationwide (U.S. and possibly Canada) to provide full-time safety support on diverse projects. No relocation required; candidates may be based anywhere in the United States.

This is a heavy travel position. Responsibilities include directing safety and environmental activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting inspections, reporting findings, coordinating corrective actions, and

Qualifications

• CSP/CHST/OSHT preferred.
• Bilingual EN/ES preferred.
• 3–5 years construction safety experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Direct safety and environmental hazard activities for a project or projects.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and report results to the Safety Manager.
• Assist with corrective action planning and resource acquisition to close out actions.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Facilitate employee training on safety and environmental topics as required.
• Develop, implement, and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
