Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in Greenwood, SC seeks an EHS Supervisor to lead environmental, health, safety and security at the site. The role includes maintaining ISO/OSHAS certification, driving a strong EHS culture, and coordinating regulatory compliance and reporting.

You will collaborate with site leadership, implement EHS programs, and track metrics through the MESH system while supporting continuous improvement and the company’s Zero Incident Safety Culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment
• 4+ years of Environmental, Health, or Safety experience in manufacturing
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS at the site and maintain ISO/OSHAS certification.
• Drive a zero-incident safety culture across the site.
• Facilitate risk assessments and set targets with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and permits.
• Manage MESH data and reporting for safety metrics.
